Talia Grunow
Hi I’m Talia! I’ve been teaching group fitness classes since 2022 and have taught a wide range of class types. I fell in love with group fitness classes during university and the community they create has kept me coming back for years! I have certifications in pole fitness, spin, and Pilates. My goal is to make everyone feel welcome and leave the class feeling positive and confident both physically and mentally. Looking forward to sweating and smiling with you!

Vania Gray
Movement should feel good—and it should work. I believe strength and softness can exist together. That the way you move shapes the way you feel in your body—and in your life. My approach is rooted in helping you build strength, improve alignment, and move with intention in a way that feels sustainable and real. Not forced. Not performative. Something you can actually stay connected to. I’m a CPT, CNC, and RYT-200, and I design my classes to challenge you while still supporting you—so you can build strength, improve posture, balance, and coordination, and increase stamina without burning out. But more than anything, I care about how you feel. Less tension. More ease. More grounded. More confident. More at home in your body. This is a space where you don’t have to be perfect - You just have to show up.

With a focus on precision and intentional movement, Katarina creates an energizing and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to push their limits. In addition to Lagree, she also teaches Pilates. Outside the studio, she enjoys horseback riding and staying active through movement and wellness. Her goal is simple: to create classes that leave clients feeling stronger, more confident, and deeply connected to their bodies.
