1. What is the Lagree Method?

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout performed on a Megaformer. It combines strength training, endurance, and core work using slow, controlled movements to safely challenge your muscles and deliver fast, effective results.

2. Is Lagree suitable for beginners?

Yes! Classes are designed for all fitness levels. Instructors provide modifications and guidance throughout the session, so first-timers can move at their own pace while still getting a great workout.

Our Intro Lagree class is designed specifically for clients who are new to Lagree. This dedicated beginner session allows first-timers to learn alongside others who are also new, creating a supportive and welcoming environment so you can build confidence and experience Lagree without feeling intimidated.

3. How long are the classes?

Most classes are 45 minutes, offering an efficient, full-body workout that maximizes results in minimal time.

4. What should I bring to class?

Please bring:
Grip socks (required for safety and stability)
A water bottle
A towel (optional)
Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

5. What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothing that allows you to move easily. Avoid loose shorts or overly baggy clothing, as they may interfere with the machine.

6. Do I need previous fitness experience?

Not at all. Lagree is designed to meet you where you are. Our instructors will help you learn the machine and adjust movements as needed.

7. Can I take classes if I’m pregnant?

Every pregnancy is unique. Please consult your healthcare provider before joining classes. If cleared, our instructors can offer safe modifications to support your comfort and mobility.

8. How early should I arrive before class?

If it’s your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early for a quick machine orientation. Returning clients can arrive 5 minutes early to get set up.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

Most studios require clients to cancel 8–12 hours before class to avoid late-cancel or no-show fees. (I can customize this if you have specific policies.)

10. How often should I do Lagree to see results?

Most clients see and feel results with 3–4 classes per week. Because the workout is low-impact, it’s safe to practice regularly.

11. I’m nervous about the Lagree Machine. Is it hard to use?

It may look intimidating, but it’s very intuitive once you try it. Your instructor will guide you through every movement, and you’ll get more comfortable with each class.

12. Do you offer group sessions?

Yes. Must email us to accommodate a time and date for your group (must be 8 or more people)

13. What if I have an injury?

Please check with your doctor first. If cleared, inform your instructor before class so modifications can be provided to keep you safe.

14. Are there showers or lockers available?

There's no shower on site. We don't have a locker however we have a bin by the machines to secure your belongings.

15. Is there parking?

Street parking is available near the studio; however, please allow extra time before your class to find a spot and arrive promptly.
